The role blends writing, graphic design, research, and coordination. It requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture/engineering/construction.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; clear professional communication.
• Creative graphic design skills and ability to produce brand-consistent materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; print-ready materials.
• MS Office proficiency; strong organization and time management; meet deadlines.
• Independence with collaboration; strong interpersonal skills with principals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce qualifications packages, proposals, and interview presentations with marketing and technical staff.
• Support pursuit process from planning to submission and interview prep; manage schedules and content.
• Gather project information, staff resumes, consultant qualifications for submissions.
• Coordinate with outside consultants to obtain pursuit materials.
• Research target markets and opportunities to support marketing and business development.
• Write, edit, and design marketing collateral; develop press releases and project announcements.
• Update website content and create social media posts; maintain branding across channels.
• Plan project photo shoots and support firm events; manage Deltek Vision data and reports.
