Integrus Architecture seeks a Marketing Coordinator to bolster RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and interview prep, while contributing to marketing initiatives that showcase our projects and people. You will coordinate content, resumes, and graphics with project teams and leaders across offices.

You will build skills in proposal development, graphic design, communications, and business development within the architecture, engineering, and design industry.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, proposal coordination, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience or interest in A/E/C marketing is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and production of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit materials.
• Gather and organize content, project information, resumes, and graphics for proposals.
• Assist with proposal coordination, formatting, proofreading, production, and deadlines.
• Develop engaging presentations and interview materials; assist with interview prep.
• Write, edit, and update project descriptions and resumes.
• Create graphics, brochures, project sheets, and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand identity and graphic standards across materials.
• Manage marketing databases, image libraries, and templates.
• Assist with events, social media, and website content.
• Collaborate across offices to support firmwide marketing.
• Track assignments and deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
• Continue knowledge of A/E/C marketing and industry best practices.
