The role involves creating content, coordinating internal resources, and supporting project photography, with a hybrid work environment and opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years marketing experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction or real estate development.
• Experience in the production of marketing materials and graphics for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs and related forms.
• Collaborate with marketing manager and practice leaders to set priorities and protocols.
• Manage timelines and assignments for marketing deliverables.
• Prepare content and visuals for proposals and narratives.
• Coordinate information from consultant firms to proposals and presentations.
• Support marketing manager and assist with photoshoots of projects.
