You will own the full lifecycle from initial architect contact to handover, leveraging inbound opportunities and established databases.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with architects and contractors, with a base salary plus a commission structure and clear path toward leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Background in sales for commercial building products or related trades.
• Ability to discuss custom building envelopes with architects, engineers & PMs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and construction project tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Specification sales with architectural firms in early design phases.
• Bid-stage execution with contractors to secure PO's on bids.
• End-to-end account ownership from initial contact to handover.
