TZ Recruiting is seeking a driven sales professional to expand a premium architectural products brand within Atlanta's architecture and design community. You will uncover commercial projects, build relationships with architects and designers, and influence product specifications during early project stages.

This field-based role offers autonomy to develop your market with support from an established team, including assigned accounts, project-lead resources, and ongoing marketing programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business development in architectural products or related industry.
• Ability to influence architects, designers, and decision-makers on product specifications.
• Proven track record in securing specifications, not just delivering samples.
• Strong prospecting to identify projects before product decisions are made.
• Confident presenting to small groups and larger professional audiences.
• Consultative approach linking product capabilities with design and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial projects in the assigned region.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other influencers.
• Position products for commercial specifications by aligning with design, performance, and budget.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, educational programs, and lunch-and-learns.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of specification opportunities.
• Track projects from discovery through specification and handoff to sales or project teams.
• Research market activity, upcoming developments, and potential opportunities.
• Maintain regular in-person activity with architectural and design firms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and project-support teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and association meetings.
