ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks an Architectural Sales Representative to drive specification-led growth with architects, designers, and clients nationwide. You will promote Openings Studio BIM tools and guide design teams from concept through bidding, ensuring specifications convert to orders.

Ideal candidates have a background in architecture-related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Background in architectural representation, specification writing, or design-build construction management.

Responsibilities

Drive specification-led sales growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with architects, designers and other decision makers.
Generate sales opportunities by positioning door, hardware, and access control solutions early in the design phase and maintain specification preference through project completion.
Identify, secure, and protect door and hardware specifications that create sustainable competitive advantages.
Actively manage a pipeline of specification-driven opportunities, influencing project outcomes from design inception through bidding, award, and installation.
Deliver timely, accurate deliverables and technical guidance for design teams to specify ASSA ABLOY solutions with confidence.
Lead CEU programs to generate demand and open new opportunities.
Collaborate with distribution partners, sales reps, and internal teams to convert specifications to orders.
Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer engagement and forecast activity.
