Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in architecture is required.
• Architect licensure is required.
• 6+ years in A/E industry with demonstrated design contribution.
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit; Rhino/InDesign/Illustrator/Bluebeam/Revizto preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of project design and sustainability goals, BOD.
• Assist in concept development and design response to project goals.
• Prepare for implications of ordinance and code requirements for projects.
• Conduct material and product research for project development.
• Create presentations, reports, and 3D/2D renderings of ideas and plans.
• Suggest ways to improve sector efficiency and quality of work.
• Interface with discipline leaders and attend project meetings as needed.
• Document interpretations and review submittals during bidding and construction administration.
• Use generative design and automation tools with Rhino and Revit for design iterations.
