Qualifications

• Experience with Revizto for 3-D coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction document management.
• Experience with UpCodes and RIB Speclink is preferred.
• Desire to mentor others and develop critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work well with others under deadlines.
• Familiarity with various construction types.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and management of coordinated construction documents meeting quality standards, accuracy, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure design integrity and alignment across disciplines.
• Support code research and AHJ coordination for permitting and approvals.
• Assist with material and building system research to inform detailing and specifications.
• Support construction administration activities (RFIs, submittals, field reports).
• Provide support to junior team members and help develop technical standards.
