Qualifications

• Ability to mentor staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across project phases from concept to construction.
• Develop project design concepts and assess sustainability goals.
• Prepare for code and ordinance implications on projects.
• Research materials and present design ideas through renderings and visualizations.
• Collaborate with discipline leads and attend project meetings as required.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to design quality and efficiency.
• Utilize generative design and automation tools within Rhino and Revit.
