Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture with professional licensure or eligibility preferred.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience with demonstrated technical proficiency.
• LEED accreditation or other sustainability credential preferred.
• Proficient with BIM/Revit and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with 3-D coordination using Revizto is preferred.
• Experience with UpCodes and RIB Speclink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of the architectural scope of work with the Project Architect and Project Manager.
• Produce and manage coordinated construction documents meeting quality standards, accuracy, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for design integrity and cross-discipline alignment.
• Support code research and interpretations with AHJs and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct material, product, and building systems research to inform detailing and specs.
• Oversee construction administration activities under senior leadership.
