Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year) degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated technical proficiency.
• LEED Accredited or other sustainability credential preferred.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit as well as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Experience with UpCodes and RIB Speclink preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and consultant coordination.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the production and management of coordinated construction documents that meet firm quality standards, technical accuracy, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants to ensure technical alignment and design integrity across disciplines.
• Support code research and regulatory compliance and coordinate with AHJs including DSA for permitting and approvals.
• Assist with material, product, and building systems research to inform detailing and specification development.
• Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and field reports, under supervision of senior technical leadership.
• Provide support to more junior team members and assist in developing technical standards.
