Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Experience in diverse commercial projects (Industrial, office, retail).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate complete contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project.
• Prepare the project schedule.
• Discuss the project health with the operations leader.
• Maintain and update the project planner for weekly staffing meetings.
• Issue added services and get them approved prior to new scope.
• Coordinate with the contracts team for contract execution.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review or development meetings.
• Assemble consultant team and manage scope and fees.
• Mentor junior project members and assist in proposals.
• Coordinate with accounting on receivables and invoicing.
• Review contract documents with QC studio before issuance.
