Job summary

Ware Malcomb seeks a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects across industrial, office, and retail sectors. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and oversee contract documents from design through construction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in architecture, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project. This on-site role offers collaboration with a growth-oriented studio and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
• Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail projects.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction documents.
• Prepare and manage the project schedule and budgets.
• Discuss project health with operations leadership and alert to changes.
• Lead internal and external teams and mentor junior members.
• Coordinate with contracts, consultants, and the QC process.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review meetings and client presentations.
• Assist in writing proposals and coordinating with marketing when needed.
