Job summary

Ware Malcomb seeks a Senior Project Designer to craft innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects. You will present design options, shape client goals, and build strong client relationships while driving design excellence.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in commercial architecture design preferred.
Licensed Architect is preferred.
Adobe Suite and SketchUp experience essential.
Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine project goals.
Develop design options for both site and buildings.
Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in correctly documenting design.
Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality and intent.
Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings to provide cohesive design.
Understand work plan/budget for projects and meet expectations for hours and deliverables.
