Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver interior design projects from concept to construction. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets, and oversee contract documents while serving as the primary client contact for project success.

You will coordinate design and construction efforts, perform code searches, and ensure financial success across projects, mentoring teammates and promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, you are the project leader.
• Utilize the company's resource groups for design and preparation of design and construction documents.
• Provide construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)
• Be the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives.
• Responsible for local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Responsible for the financial success of all responsible projects.
• Be a technical resource to other Ware Malcomb PM/PAs.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.
• Mentor, train, and lead assigned team members.
• Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
