Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Project Designer to craft innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

You will present design options, shape client goals, and build strong client relationships while driving design excellence. Mentoring team members and coordinating with project teams will be essential to maintain design intent from inception through construction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial Architecture Design is preferred.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Adobe Suite and SketchUp experience is essential.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine clients’ project goals.
• Responsible for developing design options for both site and buildings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in correctly documenting design.
• Follow projects from inception through construction in order to maintain design quality and intent.
• Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings in order to provide cohesive design.
• Understand Work plan/budget for projects and be able to meet the expectations for hours and deliverable.
