Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in architecture, architectural history, art history, or visual studies.
• 1-2 years relevant professional experience.
• Excellent graphic sensibilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with tailored RFP/RFQ content production in InDesign.
• Collect data for fact sheets and update staff bios and project texts.
• Produce project page layouts and post news and press updates on the website.
• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Coordinate material requests for press and awards submissions.
• Support events such as lectures, panels, and office tours.
• Prepare internal newsletters and staff communications.
• Organize project images using Open Asset DAM.
