Job summary

Corgan is seeking a seasoned Senior Media Relations Specialist with about 10 years of experience to amplify our voice and position the firm as a global leader in architecture and design. This is an in-office role in Dallas or New York–Midtown, not hybrid or remote.

You will build journalist relationships, craft strategic narratives, and place stories across national outlets, design publications, and trade media, while partnering with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in media relations or strategic communications.
• Strong journalist relationships and proven national placements in design/architecture/business media.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for accessible, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations strategies for national visibility.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and influencers.
• Pitch and place stories highlighting design work and leadership.
• Prepare leaders for interviews, speaking engagements, and press moments.
• Draft and distribute press materials and manage rapid-response communications.
• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, Brand teams for consistent messaging.
