Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is launching a founding Solutions Architect role on a new Security Services team. You will own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, architect secure deployments, and collaborate with a paired seller to drive adoption across Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and Detective.

You will influence product roadmaps by surfacing field patterns and shaping reference architectures while engaging with partners and the broader field community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers adopting AWS security services like Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and Detective.
• Architect solutions to complex security problems where the technology strategy is not yet defined.
• Work with a paired security services seller to drive service adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Help customers secure generative AI and agentic architectures while moving faster securely.
• Voice customer needs back to security product teams to shape the roadmap.
• Build relationships with AWS Partners to design architectures combining AWS services with partner solutions.
• Produce thought leadership through blogs, reference architectures, workshops, and sessions.
