Job summary

Stars and Strikes in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Arcade Manager to lead a fast-paced game room featuring arcade games, VR, laser tag and more. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee sales goals, and manage a retail-style prize center.

You will hire, train and supervise hourly staff, analyze game payouts and reports in Excel, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Experience in retail or entertainment operations and 1–2 years of management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Excel to analyze reports.
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software is a plus.
