Job summary

The Funplex is seeking an Arcade Operations Manager to develop and manage all aspects of the arcade and redemption department. This role also serves as a general operations MOD when scheduled, while overseeing the park's arcade and guest experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, safety compliance, cash handling, and coordination with the Director of Operations to develop the park staff. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in the amusement or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus with safety mindset.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with teams and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee arcade operations including games, prizes, and revenue reconciliation.
• Develop and deliver safety and guest service training for arcade staff.
• Maintain certifications and operation checklists for games.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation weekly.
• Analyze payouts, sales, guest satisfaction, and promotions.
• Install and maintain Centeredge Play swiper system.
• Supervise park operations and drive revenue across departments.
• Lead staffing, training, and development of park staff daily.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on park staffing and retention.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure safety compliance.
