Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in arcade operations or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of RTS and Intercard systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular communications between management and hourly employees.
• Complete opening and closing checklists daily, while on shift.
• Overall management of guest services and employee relations.
• Conduct daily cash handling.
• Walk the building and arcade to observe safety compliance and maintenance needs.
• Monitor and controls cleanliness of arcade, theatres, and restrooms.
• Monitor for potential theft and report to GM/HR/owners.
