Job summary

RoadHouse is seeking an Arcade Manager to oversee front-of-house operations with a focus on the arcade. Responsibilities include overseeing guest services, ensuring policy compliance, handling guest issues, and maintaining a smooth operation across arcade, theatres, and bars.

The role requires hands-on leadership, floor presence, and collaboration with IT to keep games functional. The ideal candidate has arcade or IT experience, is comfortable with daily cash handling, scheduling, and inventory,

Qualifications

• Previous arcade, maintenance, or IT experience.
• RTS and Intercard experience preferred.
• eTIPS and Food Handlers card within 90 days of hire.
• Computer proficiency.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to positively communicate and instruct team members.
• Ability to balance teamwork, guest service, and profitability.
• Must have employment eligibility in U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular communications between management and hourly employees.
• Complete opening and closing checklists daily, while on shift.
• Overall management of guest services and employee relations.
• Conduct daily cash handling.
• Walk the building and arcade to observe safety compliance and maintenance needs.
• Monitor for potential theft from guests or employees and report to GM/HR/owners.
• Hire employees for the arcade department.
• Schedule department weekly.
• Conduct arcade inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of arcade, theatres, and restrooms.
• Daily walkthrough to ensure all games function properly.
