Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Architectural Modifications (ARC) Specialist to support a regional operations team. You will manage the full-cycle architectural review process, serve as a liaison among residents, community managers, and board/committee members, and ensure timely, accurate handling of applications and communications.

Responsibilities

• Process architectural modification applications in a timely manner
• Correspond with residents, applicants, managers, and boards/committees
• Scan/upload applications to internal systems and track status
• Coordinate deposits/chargebacks through AR processes
• Ensure applications are complete before submission
• Relay board/committee decisions to applicants
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and meet timelines
• Respond to ARC-related inquiries from homeowners and boards/committees
• Collaborate with Community Association Managers and Regional Operations
• Follow established policies and procedures
