Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely while standing and walking throughout shifts.
