Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. For example, in Maryland, starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000.
