Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager
  • Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts biweekly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendly service and quality products.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for this role varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected range in Maryland of $55,000 - $60,000. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
