Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out quarterly based on restaurant performance.
What a day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager can look like:
  • Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
  • Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
  • Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly during shifts; maneuver safely through compact spaces; operate restaurant equipment.

Employees are compensated based on skills and experience. The exact salary will vary and be discussed during the hiring process.
Starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position:
  • Maryland: $55,000 - $60,000.
