Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

Typical daily responsibilities:

• Manage profitability by overseeing cash control, security procedures, inventory levels, labor, financial reports, and taking corrective actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk throughout shifts, maneuver safely in tight spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation for this role depends on skills, experience, and location. The starting salary range in various states is approximately $55,000 to $60,000, to be discussed during hiring.
