Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program, based on restaurant performance.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

We offer competitive compensation based on skills and experience, with starting ranges in Maryland from $55,000 to $60,000. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
