Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Mount Freedom, NJ to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound sales calls, schedule appointments, create proposals, maintain calendars, and deliver excellent customer service on inbound calls.

You'll also process payments, manage the customer database, and assist Sales Arborists. A strong eye for detail and 2+ years' outbound sales experience are valued, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Process payments and manage customer records.
• Administer customer database and records accuracy.
• Support Sales Arborists and assist with paperwork.
• Participate in training and quality coaching sessions.
