SavATree in Mount Freedom, NJ is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A typical day includes outbound sales calls, creating proposals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining multiple sales calendars while delivering world-class customer service on inbound calls.

You will build rapport with customers, process payments, manage the customer database, and assist Sales Arborists.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years of outbound calling and sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
