Job summary

SavATree is hiring an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will engage in outbound calls, schedule appointments, generate proposals, and assist with customer payments and record-keeping.

The role offers training and growth opportunities within a collaborative team, with emphasis on accuracy, client service, and contributing to overall branch success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and databases (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build positive rapport with customers and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and maintain records.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching for training and quality.
