SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in Beaverton, OR. You will handle outbound calls, generate leads, and help with proposals and appointments while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Provide world‑class customer service on inbound calls and process payments.
• Administer customer database and maintain accurate records.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
