Job summary

SavATree seeks an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in Beaverton, OR. You will handle outbound calls, generate leads, create proposals, and schedule customer appointments while delivering top-notch customer service on inbound calls.

You will maintain multiple sales calendars, process payments, manage the customer database, and assist Sales Arborists. A focus on accuracy and a service-oriented attitude is essential in this fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided)
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems
• A strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
