Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Martinez, CA to support sales and branch operations. You will generate leads, prepare proposals, and schedule appointments while delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves maintaining calendars, handling payments, and keeping the customer database accurate. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.
• Outbound calling and sales/marketing experience (2+ years a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and documentation.
• Provide world‑class customer service on inbound calls and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
• Support Sales Arborists and participate in coaching for training.
