Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills required.
• Familiarity with electronic docket management programs and web-based Portal systems a plus.
• Expertise using a desktop computer with the full suite of electronic office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process case intake, including preparing case for service and analyzing pleadings to ensure jurisdiction and conformity with requirements.
• Analyze and process subsequent pleadings, including answers, counterclaims, cross-claims, and third-party claims.
• Monitor case-related reports to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met; manage motions calendar and prepare documentation for arbitrators.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about FINRA arbitration policies and procedures.
