FINRA in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced Reception Coordinator / Senior Case Coordinator to support arbitration cases. You will appoint arbitrators, schedule hearings, maintain files, generate memos, and coordinate with parties and the meetings team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Generates, mails and/or publishes memos to the DRS Portal.
• Receives arbitrators lists, enters rankings, and updates case lists.
• Documents reasons for arbitrator changes and maintains electronic files.
• Appointments and replacements of arbitrators following procedures.
• Coordinates schedules and notifies parties/arbitrators of hearings.
• Prepares and processes prehearing briefs, witness lists and exhibits.
