Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an International Office liaison to coordinate care for international patients, working with hospital departments to streamline referrals and ensure timely approval and scheduling.

Under the Assistant Director, you will manage inpatient and outpatient planning, handle letters of guarantee, and maintain accurate demographics and financial data across the registration systems, delivering concierge-level service to diverse, multi-country patient populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 1–2 years of program support or program management experience.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; hospital environment preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and plan inpatient/outpatient care with providers.
• Coordinate consultations and use a web-based appointment system to generate reports and respond to client requests.
• Manage billing and payments to ensure timely service.
• Ensure accuracy of international demographics and financial data in registration systems.
• Notify patients and physicians of potential deposit issues.
• Represent the International Program and deliver concierge-level patient service.
• Other assignments as necessary.
