Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston is seeking an International Patient Liaison on campus with the potential for up to one day remote to serve as primary contact for international patients, families, physicians, embassies, and insurers, coordinating care across our network.

You will build relationships with clinical teams, manage complex cases, oversee billing and documentation, and ensure culturally sensitive navigation and exceptional service throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual or multilingual, with knowledge of Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for international patients and coordinate care with staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DF/BWH stakeholders to improve operations.
• Manage cases and plan inpatient/outpatient care with providers at affiliated locations.
• Oversee billing, payments, and letters of guarantee processes.
• Deliver concierge-level service and act as after-hours on-call support.
