Qualifications

• Arabic proficiency reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in hospital or clinic patient services, care coordination, or patient experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication.
• Support Arabic-speaking patients with interpretation and culturally sensitive guidance during care journey.
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals across departments and services.
• Maintain accurate records and timely updates in electronic health systems (EHR).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient flow and satisfaction.
