Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Program support or program management experience (1-2 years) required.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects.
• Basic financial/accounting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, families and community.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage international patient cases across inpatient and outpatient care.
• Facilitate consultations at affiliated locations.
• Create ad-hoc reports; analyze data to identify service opportunities.
• Manage billing and payments for timely service.
• Ensure accuracy of international demographics and financial data in hospital systems.
• Handle letters of guarantee from embassies or insurers.
• Notify patients and offices of deposit requirements and scheduling changes.
• Promote the International Program and provide concierge-level service.
