Job summary

Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Arabic-speaking Sales Development Specialists for an exciting B2B sales project in Bulgaria. This fully remote role focuses on identifying opportunities, outbound prospecting, and building long-term client relationships across global markets.

You will qualify leads, follow up on campaigns, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and help forecast pipeline.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 2–3 years in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and inbound leads.
• Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce relevant solutions.
• Provide accurate product information while building strong relationships.
• Promote product adoption and help customers maximize value of solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets with a consultative approach.
