We are seeking a French Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and support an exciting project in the world of payments and trusted transactions. As part of our team, you will be representing an international brand and engaging with French customers. You will work remotely but have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and clients globally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leverage your sales skills to close deals, upsell solutions, and drive new contracts with prospective clients.
2. Assist customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
3. Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
4. Represent the brand positively and professionally to clients.
5. Oversee administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely records.

To succeed, you should have:

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to help.
• Ability to work in predetermined shifts.
