Job summary

Social Factor seeks moderators with native-level Arabic language skills to manage and grow digital communities across major platforms. The role is project-based or part-time, with flexible schedules that may include 24/7 shifts to fit live engagement needs.

You will moderate in English and Arabic, reflect the brands’ voice, and engage users in real-time. Prior moderation experience and knowledge of major platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of Arabic culture, slang, and pop references.
• Experience in social media moderation and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and follow clear guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Moderate communities across platforms and engage with users in real time.
• Uphold brand voice and guidelines in all interactions.
• Monitor conversations, escalate issues when needed, and report insights.
