Social Factor is seeking Arabic-speaking moderators for project-based, temporary or part-time work. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities to contribute to digital communities for well-known brands across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates are native Arabic speakers with strong understanding of culture, brand voice, and real-time engagement. Prior moderation experience and familiarity with major platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture and slang.
• Able to mirror client voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; follow guidelines and workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to spelling and grammar.
• Willingness to learn and think critically; proactive.
• High energy to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; fast and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social communities for brands in English and Arabic.
• Engage with users in real-time and maintain brand voice.
• Follow client guidelines and workflows across platforms.
• Assist with live moderation tasks when required.
• Adapt quickly to changing client needs and priorities.
