Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Mt. Sterling, IL. You will support AR system users across employees, distributors, brokers, and suppliers, delivering training and enabling system usage.

You will handle first-level support, analyze AR issues, and coordinate training sessions while collaborating with the AR Manager and other teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to make phone calls to Portal users.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support on the telephone, via e-mail or in-person with users by walking through steps to diagnose issues.
• Analyze and prioritize AR System issues and escalate as needed.
• Organize, schedule and conduct user training via webinar, conference calls or in-person presentations.
• Provide input to management on potential system changes.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean thinking to reduce waste.
