Dot Foods Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Mt. Sterling, IL. You will support AR system users across employees, distributors, brokers, and suppliers, delivering training and enabling system usage.
You will handle first-level support, analyze AR issues, and coordinate training sessions while collaborating with the AR Manager and other teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Wage Range: $18.35 - $27.53 per hour, plus bonus opportunity
As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will provide the Accounts Receivable (AR) System (BDW, PRM, PeopleSoft-AR) users the training, support, and development they need to expand their activity. This includes all user groups including, but not limited to Dot employees, distributors, brokers, national account operators, and suppliers.
