Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Mt. Sterling, IL. You will support AR system users, provide training, and assist in optimizing processes while collaborating with the AR team.

The role reports to the AR Manager and offers a wage range of $18.35–$27.53 per hour plus bonus opportunity. Occasional travel to meetings may be required. A strong emphasis on communication and Excel/Word skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to call Portal users for outreach and support.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level AR System support via phone, email, or in person.
• Analyze and prioritize AR System issues and escalate when needed.
• Organize and facilitate user training through webinars or in person.
• Advise management on potential system changes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using lean thinking.
