Qualifications

• Prepare and send invoices and statements.
• Post and apply payments (check, ACH, wire, credit card).
• Maintain customer account records and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor A/R aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Support collections documentation and reporting.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and audit requests.
• Process credits, refunds, and adjustments as needed.
